At XTOOL Tech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, unwashed condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
